    One concept from start to finish: create a Change, work in it, review it, and ship it. A simpler workflow with fewer concepts and fewer moving parts.

  2. Agents are first-class authors

    An agent opening a change is a normal event, not an integration. Review is organised around whose move it is next — yours, a colleague's, or the machine's.

  3. Directories, not repos

    Ownership and context live with the code. Navigate the directories that matter, without hunting across hundreds of separate repos.
