Coming soon · private alpha 2026

Code hosting for one repository the size of your whole company.

One codebase gives humans and agents the context to work across your entire system, and enables atomic changes across all of it. Mono is built from the ground up for monorepos at massive scale and AI-native development.

No newsletter, no launch countdown. One email when there's something to use.

  1. Create a Change. Shipit

One concept from start to finish: create a Change, work in it, review it, and ship it. A simpler workflow with fewer concepts and fewer moving parts.

  2. Agents are first-class authors

An agent opening a change is a normal event, not an integration. Review is organised around whose move it is next — yours, a colleague's, or the machine's.

  3. Directories, not repos

Ownership and context live with the code. Navigate the directories that matter, without hunting across hundreds of separate repos.

Where this comes from

You already run a monorepo, and the hosting is the part that hurts.

  • You maintain your own git mirror fleet to keep clones survivable.
  • You know exactly what you'd change about the UX and functionality — and can't, because you're locked in.
  • Uptime is a recurring conversation, not a settled one.
  • Agents are bolted onto a product built for humans.
  • Scaling means renting a bigger machine, until there isn't a bigger machine.

What we're aiming at

A host with opinions, built by the people who had that problem.

  • Atomic changes across the entire codebase — one commit, every service.
  • Agents as a native concept, with their own identity, limits and review path.
  • Simplicity treated as a requirement, alongside scale, security and speed.
  • Opinionated defaults instead of infinite configuration.
  • Built by builders, for builders. We are our own first hard customer.

Early partners

Help shape what comes next.

We bring years of experience building developer infrastructure at scale. We're looking for early partners who want to work closely with us — challenging assumptions, sharing real problems, and helping shape Mono as we build it.

Scale is the whole design

Targets we build against

Files in a single working tree. Check out only what you need, without splitting the company across repos to stay under a limit.
50k
Concurrent humans and agents reading, switching and shipping against the same trunk.
10k/day
Changes opened, reviewed and landed — the rate an agent-authored codebase actually produces.
n+1
Add capacity by adding servers. Reads stay fast even as the codebase grows.

These are the numbers the architecture is designed for, not benchmarks we have published. We will show the measurements when there is something honest to measure.

Something big is coming.

We are not ready to show it. If your codebase is one repo — or should be — leave an address and we will write when the alpha opens.
